  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

This, naturally, makes it a rather noisy location but this is about the only remark I would make.   I really loved this hotel!!! Staff is very kind and the receptionists helped me in everything... My room was cleant once a day and the room I stayed (double) is very nice.. two bathrooms, two LCD screens on the wall.. the air really works.. lol. We really had support about every single thing about the city, the transportation, about places to go... hva folk sier » ..
