Cant put into word how welcoming Guy was, what a genuine lovely man. The shared bathroom wasn't an issue for us because we were all family anyway in each room. Guy even packed us all a piece of cake and some sweets for the trip home.... just lovely!!!

Quite simply one of the best places we have stayed in ever. From the moment of our arrival until the time we left, Guy and Robert and their team made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities was first class, the public areas likewise, the breakfasts quite special and the location/ parking availability perfect for exploring Cheltenham and the surrounds. Highly recommend.

our needs. They provided information on various outings were always
willing to visit and fill us in on background for the area. Perfect
location to use as a homebase for travel around the Cotswolds as well as
trips to cities nearby. Also, the breakfast choices were superb.

I had the smallest room. It was great, with it's own outside terrace and enough space inside for a one night stay.

The whole experience is the best I have had! From very friendly helpful
staff to attention to detail in the room, there is nothing that
hasn't been thought of. With so much history and luxury within The
Bradley you still get a very comfortable warm feel around the building
which can be lost in some establishments. Food and location are also
great and cannot wait for an excuse to return, I haven't stopped

You won't find a much more comfortable small hotel in a nice town anywhere in the country! The hotel is well run with helpful staff and has comfortable rooms. The rooms are competitively priced and the hotel is convenient for exploring the pleasant town of Cheltenham. I would recommend!

My wife reckoned that Hilden House was the best B & B she's ever stayed in. For me, (the husband) well how could I disagree? The proprietors - An Irishman and a Kiwi - made all the difference between HH being just an ordinary B & B and one of excellence. Friendly welcome. Everywhere was spotless.I liked the large flat screen T.V. which was gleaming! The fact that gluten free toast was offered was a nice touch. The complimentary toiletries were very welcome as was the thoughtful addition of a pack of tissues rather than an open box. I felt very welcome and as a solo traveller would stay again.
