  Convenience of kitchen area, laundry, and the space to relax and have a conversation with others. Also, the apts are in a great location, close to town, restaurants, and bus/train station. Greeted by staff in a prompt and lovely manner. The cleanliness of the apts made the stay that much more enjoyable. Have been raving to friend - The Leckhampton Suite was spacious and beautifully presented with all the amenities that anyone could wish for whilst on holiday or on business. It is located downstairs but was very private. Breakfast supplies were lovely - fruit, cereals, juice, etc. It is well located for restaurants, cinemas and the high street. Parking is at the rear and very convenient. We used Portland Apartments as our base to touring the Cotswalds and also S.Wales. Owners, Alison and Kevin, were both very friendly and

  Hey, the key pick-up was Cheltenham! I used to live there and had forgotten how nice it was. Old school mammers and full of charm. Apartment was just as described by Suzanne and fully equiped.   The room I had was lovely - the decor was modern but had a cottage feel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was a good size and I appreciated being able to make myself a cuppa. There was an honesty bar, which was fantastic, and the hotel is perfectly situated for the theatre and trips into town. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recom - You won't find a much more comfortable small hotel in a nice town anywhere in the country! The hotel is well run with helpful staff and has comfortable rooms. The rooms are competitively priced and the hotel is convenient for exploring the pleasant town of Cheltenham. I would recommend!

So when a light bulb blew I was delightfully surprised to find it instantly replaced without my even reporting it.
