The staff were absolutely lovely at Butlers. I arrived late evening and they were very courteous and accommodating. I had a lot of luggage with me and the staff helped me up the stairs to my room with it. The room itself was gorgeous - lovely big bed, perfect ensuite, clean, tv, hair drier - everything you needed! Quite simply one of the best places we have stayed in ever. From the moment of our arrival until the time we left, Guy and Robert and their team made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities was first class, the public areas likewise, the breakfasts quite special and the location/ parking availability perfect for exploring Cheltenham and the surrounds. Highly recommend.

You won't find a much more comfortable small hotel in a nice town anywhere in the country! The hotel is well run with helpful staff and has comfortable rooms. The rooms are competitively priced and the hotel is convenient for exploring the pleasant town of Cheltenham. I would recommend!

My wife reckoned that Hilden House was the best B & B she's ever stayed in. For me, (the husband) well how could I disagree? The proprietors - An Irishman and a Kiwi - made all the difference between HH being just an ordinary B & B and one of excellence. HH was the latter of course in our book, and without a doubt we'll sign up here again

Friendly welcome. Everywhere was spotless.I liked the large flat screen T.V. which was gleaming! The fact that gluten free toast was offered was a nice touch. The complimentary toiletries were very welcome as was the thoughtful addition of a pack of tissues rather than an open box. I felt very welcome and as a solo traveller would stay again.

Fantastic location close to all the lovely things Cheltenham has to offer. We were there to visit the Literary Festival and all the events were on our doorstep. The apartment was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Owners were very helpful and responsive. The parking space was an added bonus. -
