  The wonderful warm welcome by the owners and they made our stay truly special . They even made a special Black Forest Gateau for my birthday evening ,which was made a magical occasion by the excellent meal presented beautifully by the staff. - Very friendly and welcome stuff.   Everything! We loved our stay at Hotel Silvana and wish we would have stayed longer. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel staff and food was wonderful. - Beautiful location, conveniant for walking & skiing. Very friendly and accommodating owners/staff. Nice dining resteraunt and bright seperate breakfast room.

  Fabulous stay. Wonderful service, clean and stylish facilities, state of the art spa with sauna, steam, pool, jacuzzi, and ice room. Staying here is like being a in a wonderful fantasy. I was treated like a king the entire stay and felt sad to leave. Everything was better than my highest expectations. Fresh fruit renewed daily, greeted by name eve... wat mensen zeggen » ry time I entered the lobby, and large selection buffet breakfast. - The Hotel represents a well preserved historical marvel of Zermatt. We really enjoyed out stay there, including the setup of the room the spa facilities and a delicious breakfast. We would like to specially mention all reception staff and in particular Annie, who was extremely cheerful and helpful.

As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn! Lorraine and Eric - Toronto, Onta - We were upgraded on arrival to have a beautiful suite and a fruit basket. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.   Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice location very close to Alpentherme and Torrent cable car. The room was spacious and clean. Didn't have the balcony because of the late booking, but anyway great views from sparkling clean windows. Breakfast ok. Next door is Waldhouse hotel, make sure you try their steak tartar with Memo assamblage wine. - Ver... wat mensen zeggen » y comfortable rooms/beds. Fantastic dinner (5-course menu). Excellent breakfast selection. Quellenhof Pass offers good value for money, if you want to eat inhouse, enjoy the Walliser Alpentherme (spa) and/or use the funiculars of Leukerbad.

  We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. Location is great!... wat mensen zeggen » Wine bar is really good. Really worth a visit - A first class hotel with excellent facilities - should be a 5-star!

  We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Zermatt. This is the last place where you can get your car. Parking is free, which is an important issue in the calculation of vacation. The hotel is 2oo meters from the train to Zermatt. Hotel apartment type and study alone just fine. Breakfast is good. The staff is extremely friendly. Our intention was to... wat mensen zeggen » go to Gornegrat as guests of the hotel we got a discount on tickets to about 25%, which meant a lot to us. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. - Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.
