From the moment we were met at the station by the complimentary taxi until we were waved farewell with a welcome bottle of local water for our journey home we were looked after superbly. Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna.
