  Everything! We loved our stay at Hotel Silvana and wish we would have stayed longer. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel staff and food was wonderful. - Beautiful location, conveniant for walking & skiing. Very friendly and accommodating owners/staff. Nice dining resteraunt and bright seperate breakfast room.

Although the rooms have no balcony, there is one common terrace where anyone can relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the beautiful mountains.

I was treated like a king the entire stay and felt sad to leave. Everything was better than my highest expectations. Didn't have the balcony because of the late booking, but anyway great views from sparkling clean windows. Breakfast ok.   A perfect Location, very calm and still not more then 5 minutes from the center, All was great the Hotel, the Staff, the Pool and welness facility, we will go back for sure.... Only Hotel Sonne in Zermatt - Excellent service, nice rooms, very generous spa area- everything was just perfect.

  We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Zermatt. This is the last place where you can get your car. Parking is free, which is an important issue in the calculation of vacation. The hotel is 2oo meters from the train to Zermatt. Hotel apartment type and study alone just fine. Breakfast is good. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. - Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.
