  Everything was just great. Generally we like hiking and do not spend much time on the accomodation. Here, first time, it was different. We could read stories in a very comfortable living room in the evenings, we could let our kids (5 and 2 years) wander around the house and in the garden, it was absolutely safe.   It was an amazing experience!! The service was spectacular!! Very welcoming, yet still very discreet! The hotel is very well decorate, plus have technologies also. I was given what I had asked for: south facing room with balcony, for the fantastic views of snow clad mountains the other side of the Rhone Valley. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with various breads cheeses yogurts cereals and more. It us peaceful and a minutes walk from markets cafes shops and activities. I will stay here again and tell my friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Crans Montana.
