A modern, clean hotel which is meticulously run by very helpful staff. Graechen is not a usual destination for Brits but we found everyone very poite,welcoming and speaking better english than our German by a mile. Rooms a tad smaller than the pictures suggest but overall a hotel to return to or recommend to others. -

Everything was just great. Generally we like hiking and do not spend much time on the accomodation. Here, first time, it was different. We could read stories in a very comfortable living room in the evenings, we could let our kids (5 and 2 years) wander around the house and in the garden, it was absolutely safe. It was like being in our own house.

Hotel du Lac is a charming place in the perfect location with the alps on one side and lake on the other. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with various breads cheeses yogurts cereals and more. It us peaceful and a minutes walk from markets cafes shops and activities. I will stay here again and tell my friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Crans Montana.

The view from the balcony of our room was spectacular!! The opportunity to eat and drink delicious food and wine from the area was appreciated. We very much enjoyed sitting on the patio for our dinner taking in the views. A lovely little hotel in a very charming little village! The drive up and down the mountain was thrilling too! -

Bravo Claudia! We appreciated the warm greeting, cute room, great food-dinner and breakfast.
Could not have chosen a better hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday topped off with a few songs played by Claudia on her "accordeon" at our dinner table.
We highly recommend this hotel for all you haute route walkers.
ps taking the bus the next morning to col La Forclaz was a great help for the next very long day hike up to Cab Moiry.
