  Friendly staff, good localization, 7min from central station and the main market street. Clean sheets/bedroom. Dinner service and breakfast were very generous and appreciated. - Rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfest was also great. I would recommend this hostel to all backpackers.

  The rooms were clean and spacious (we were on 9th floor) with nice big shower. Receptionist was very helpful with booking dinner and explaining how to get to the old town. Ample parking (extra 20swiss francs but can come and go for 24hours). 2X English speaking tv channels. 15 stroll to the old town without old town accom prices. WiFI for 1 device... wat mensen zeggen » available for free. - Great budget hotel a short walk or tram ride to the city center. Good sized clean rooms, organized, efficient with free wi-fi. What more could you want? Bern is a beautiful old city in a beautiful country. Enjoy!

  The staff was very friendly and offered us coffee when we missed breakfast after sleeping in. Breakfast is limited in choice but included in the price and served until 11 at the weekends.   Our intention was to visit and see Bern for a day. Hotel is exactly that. In a quiet place, close to the park of roses and near the old part of Bern. The rooms are quite small, the bathroom is very small and the shower.   This is a great hotel, not only for it's great location and for it's excenllent service while we were stay in the hotel, but also for their very nice help while we got trouble in our travelling. We got lost due to boarding the wrong train. The hotel provide my wife free stay while we were in trouble of missing each other. Here, We would like to say " Thank you very much" again to this wonderful hotel, to their kindly boss and sta - I stayed here for three nights and as several other guests have mentionned, the location is great. Bern old town is walkable so no need for public transportation. The free WiFi worked very well and the shared bathrooms were clean and always available. Did not eat the included in the price breakfast so I have no comments on that. An orchestra played downstairs quite loud (nice music!) but not too late so no problems to sleep. I will come back here next time I spend some days in Switzerland's cap

Continental breakfast with fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, good selection of fresh fruit, even strawberries. The 24 hour coffee/milk machine was a really nice extra. There's a small pizzeria nearby, which made surprisingly yu - We had a room with private bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Handy to very frequent public transport on 2 routes to city but not far to walk to bahnhof anyway. Good breakfast and loved the coloured hard boiled eggs. Shared kitchen great to heat up food purchased at bahnhof. Room a good size and bed comfortable. Quiet location. Good control of temperature in room. We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it to other travellers.

  Great accomodation at a very good price. Located right in the near the centre of the city. The host are wonderful and very helpful. Recommended for fellow travellers too. - Beautiful location, lots of light and happy atmosphere, yet only twenty minutes walk away from the centre with museums, shops and places to eat just round the corner

  We really enjoyed our stay. There were three of us (two men, one woman) and we wanted a room we could all stay in with a private bath. We were given the tower suite. It wad very comfortable and had a cool view. It is in a great location for seeing the sights and getting on a bus. The staff were friendly and helpful.There was a lift from the first floor up which was a great bonus. We had the fondue dinner that is available at reception, it was lovely and good value.
