Friendly staff, good localization, 7min from central station and the main market street. Clean sheets/bedroom. Dinner service and breakfast were very generous and appreciated. -
Rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfest was also great. I would recommend this hostel to all backpackers.

We really liked the facilities offered at the hotel, eg. Freetea/coffee station, gym, laundry facilities, great breakfast, easyaccess to station - Good access to the train station and old town including restaurants, bars and shopping. Our intention was to visit and see Bern for a day. Hotel is exactly that. In a quiet place, close to the park of roses and near the old part of Bern. The rooms are quite small, the bathroom is very small and the shower. It is more for the business world. -

I stayed here for three nights and as several other guests have mentionned, the location is great. Bern old town is walkable so no need for public transportation. The free WiFi worked very well and the shared bathrooms were clean and always available. Did not eat the included in the price breakfast so I have no comments on that. An orchestra played downstairs quite loud (nice music!) but not too late so no problems to sleep. I will come back here next time I spend some days in Switzerland's cap

Handy to very frequent public transport on 2 routes to city but not far to walk to bahnhof anyway.
Good breakfast and loved the coloured hard boiled eggs.
Shared kitchen great to heat up food purchased at bahnhof.
Room a good size and bed comfortable. Quiet location. Good control of temperature in room.
We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it to other travellers.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were three of us (two men, one woman) and we wanted a room we could all stay in with a private bath. We were given the tower suite. It wad very comfortable and had a cool view. It is in a great location for seeing the sights and getting on a bus. We were able to check out early without a problem. -
