Friendly staff, good localization, 7min from central station and the main market street. Clean sheets/bedroom. Dinner service and breakfast were very generous and appreciated. -
Rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfest was also great. I would recommend this hostel to all backpackers.

The staff is very friendly.The hotel is not that expensive.i just spend 15 minutes taking s-bahn to Deisswil.Every 15 minutes there is a train.The hotel is located in very bucolic place. -

We really liked the facilities offered at the hotel, eg. Freetea/coffee station, gym, laundry facilities, great breakfast, easyaccess to station - Good access to the train station and old town including restaurants, bars and shopping. Good breakfast - better than the basic buffet we normally expect in a 3* hotel.

The staff was very friendly and offered us coffee when we missed breakfast after sleeping in. Breakfast is limited in choice but included in the price and served until 11 at the weekends. Convenient location and close to local tram route (No 3). Friendly staff and good breakfasts and local restaurants close to hotel. The wrong type of bed configuration was initially provided but this was changed by moving us to another and better room.

Our intention was to visit and see Bern for a day. Hotel is exactly that. In a quiet place, close to the park of roses and near the old part of Bern. The rooms are quite small, the bathroom is very small and the shower. It is more for the business world. -

This is a great hotel, not only for it's great location and for it's excenllent service while we were stay in the hotel, but also for their very nice help while we got trouble in our travelling.
We got lost due to boarding the wrong train. The hotel provide my wife free stay while we were in trouble of missing each other. They also gave us

I stayed here for three nights and as several other guests have mentionned, the location is great. Bern old town is walkable so no need for public transportation. The free WiFi worked very well and the shared bathrooms were clean and always available. Did not eat the included in the price breakfast so I have no comments on that. An orchestra played downstairs quite loud (nice music!) but not too late so no problems to sleep. I will come back here next time I spend some days in Switzerland's cap

Alot of the other reviews say that the breakfast is good, and true enough, I must say it's excellent! Continental breakfast with fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, good selection of fresh fruit, even strawberries. The 24 hour coffee/milk machine was a really nice extra.

Handy to very frequent public transport on 2 routes to city but not far to walk to bahnhof anyway.
Good breakfast and loved the coloured hard boiled eggs.
Shared kitchen great to heat up food purchased at bahnhof.
Room a good size and bed comfortable. Quiet location. Good control of temperature in room.
We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it to other travellers.

Great accomodation at a very good price. Located right in the near the centre of the city. The host are wonderful and very helpful. Recommended for fellow travellers too. -

We really enjoyed our stay. There were three of us (two men, one woman) and we wanted a room we could all stay in with a private bath. We were given the tower suite. It wad very comfortable and had a cool view. It is in a great location for seeing the sights and getting on a bus. We were able to check out early without a problem. -
