The staff is very experienced and friendly; I had to postpone my arrival up to 14 hours and didn't have the chance to send an email to warn the staff; when I arrived I found a note with my keys and bed linen and towel waiting f... wat mensen zeggen » or me... Excellent treatment! :) - Private twin room was spacious and clean. The bathroom facilities are modern and spotless. The location cannot be beaten in Charming Gamla Stan. I spent a lot of time deciding on which Gamla Stan hostel to choose - look no further!

  Location was the main attraction for me towards this hostel. Located right in Old Town, you're right in the center of Stockholm. In addition, this is not a traditional hostel. While you do 'share a room' and the bathrooms with others, there's a huge room divided into smaller bedrooms for individual travelers, with glass walls and curtains and a s... wat mensen zeggen » pecial key code to get into your individual room. I guess I'd call it sort of a hotel/hostel hybrid. It's a neat place to stay, and in my opinion wort - This place felt so much like home from the very first moment I arrive with my sister. It was very clean and for the money you spend you do not expect that. Location is great. I did not need to take any means of transport since many attractions(Royal Palace, Diugarden, Fotografiska museum) are in walking distance of maximum 30'. For those who do not like walking though, the Gamla Stan station is only 3' walk from the Old Town Lodge. I would definitely recommend it and if I ever go back I would s

Also when looking out of the window you are greeted with a wonderful view of peaceful waters of the Malaren Lake and beautiful buildings along the shore.   I liked just-about everything about staying at Mosebacke Hostel : ideal central location (if you're like myself & like to get everywhere on foot, while in Stockholm!) bang in the middle of Sodermalm (one of the coolest & cutest 'hood there's in Europe, without a doubt!)...the stuff is excellent, rooms are clean, neat (and so very Nordic, h... wat mensen zeggen » ow cute!) and breakfast is top-notch...Slussen must be the best base for anyone wanting to explore the city (all bars, shops & cafes on & arou - The location of the hotel was just amazing. Everything could be done on foot. The first metro stop was 3 mins walk if you want to see the outskirts of the city. The famous bars and shops are just a minute away. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, especially because Stockholm is quite expensive to eat out all the time. We stayed in a private room, and it was really spacious.

  I enjoyed staing in this hotel. My room was nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel was full of people, but WC area was empty everytime I need it. Breakfast was also excelent, and it was possible to seat outside on fresh air in the small and nice patio - The breakfast was amazing and diverse. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English well... wat mensen zeggen » . The beds were very comfortable and wider than you average single bed. The history of the building is available to you and quite interesting.
