  Staff very helpful, i am in the city alone as my husband in the local hospital and they were really great. I booked and extra night as was unsure if the hospital could find me a room. They found me somewhere at 4 in the afternoon and the hotel let me cancel the extra night with no charge. The hotel is well situated re -local transport, to access the impressive mountain/coastal areas of Tenerife. The buses are punctual and excellent value for money.   Was there for a quick break with my little boy for just 3 nights. The accommodation was clean with plenty of space and a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen area. This was great for us as I could put the little guy to bed and still sit and read for a while without disturbing him. The staff were very friendly, especially those in the kids club. We were attracted to the short 20 minute taxi journey from the airport as we were only on a short 5 night break.
