We stayed in this villa in April 2013. First of all we would like to thank Carlos. Very helpful administrator! He solved very quickly all the problems. Nice villa, good view, all what you need is car to see all the beauties of Tenerife. Kitchen is fully equipped! Villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. We had villa Nr. 32 with WiFi!!! Own garage!

The apartments were lovely. We were surprised to get as much room as we did. Nice balcony which we could see the sea. And the apartments were clean.
Food was good okay but not much variety however we all enjoyed the food that was given.
Right by the beach and a short walk away from a few bars.
It also said in reviews that there are cockroaches.

Complex was amazing. Beautifully laid out, small and personal, very quiet. Lovely big apartment overlooking the wonderful lagoon pool. Exactly as it looks in the photographs. Location was great with everything on your doorstep. The people in Tenerife were all so friendly. Highly recommend.

Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

Staff very helpful, i am in the city alone as my husband in the local hospital and they were really great. I booked and extra night as was unsure if the hospital could find me a room. We have stayed at the Plaza for 9 years at this time of the year. The hotel is well situated re -local transport, to access the impressive mountain/coastal areas of Tenerife. The buses are punctual and excellent value for money. The port is interesting, with visiting cruise liners and ferry boats.

The location is great as its right in the centre of Peurto de la Cruz in a pedestrianlized area so no road traffic .All the staff are very friendly and although we only had bed and breakfast we found it good.The hotel put on traditional entertainment several nights a week.
