The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance

Well it vas centrally located. The pool, the whirlpool and the sauna on
the 7 th. Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed.
It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13
allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

Our apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful luxurious holiday. The pool on our terrace was great we really enjoyed it. The apartment was kept spotlessley clean. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this
hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they
are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to
the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is
really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation!
Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!

The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. -

Locatie - The friendliness of staff on reception----couldn't do more for us whenever we asked for advise etc. The quality and the choice of food available was excellent, at all meal times. Excellent location for shops, beach, restaurants etc. Very reasonable bar prices, basically the same as outside the hotel. would definitely go back to this hote
