  We stayed at the BB for one week in March and were very sorry to come home. We stayed in house number 17 it was clean and tidy and had a newish kitchen and two bathrooms. It had room for five people, however, although there are two bathrooms, the hot water is limited, totally fine for two, however there maybe a delay if five people were wanting a ... wat mensen zeggen » shower (as the heater will need to warm it up again). It has its own private garden. We arrived late on a Saturday night and were greeted by Dina the - having been to playa del ingles several times i would say the closeness to the yumbo the kasbah and plaza centres as well as the beach make it ideally situated

  I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here. Beach, shops and restuarants on your doorstep. Comfortable beds, daily cleaning and change of towels. Lucia and Isabel were so obliging and welcoming. Will definitely return with family.

  Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for 5 euros.   One of the best choice if you are looking a simple appartment close to the beach. The views from big balconys are magnificant, rooms are clean, kitchen is solid equiped, appartments are big enough. Staff is kind, they serve breakfast and dinner, which we did not try. They have as well a laundry service, other guests are tranquil, mostly Germans. Highly recommended. - Very close to main beach, supermarket attached only a 10 minute walk to Yumbo. Staff were really friendly, quiet area which is great.   Ik ben nog gewend aan jeugdherbergen, dus dit was heerlijk: een kamer voor jezelf, badkamer (met bad) en altijd toegang. Kamer was mooi, goede ligging (vlakbij strand en vlakbij busstation). Handig was ook dat het vlakbij de boulevard lag, waar 's avonds veel mensen wandelen, dus ik heb me niet onveilig gevoeld.   I like everything about the hotel facilities however the rooms need to be more clean and disinfected because the room I stayed had little cockroaches and other creepy things moving around which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep perhaps it just that room but, when I was about to check-in I saw some guest at the reception complaining about ... wat mensen zeggen » their room not being cleaned and reception showed a very nonchalant attitude towards it. Although it was a great place to stay. I meet Mr Alan who rea - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at oasis lanz, the pool area was beautiful and well maintained.The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent value, the singer was great too. We are regular holiday travellers, so we have plenty to compare with. We would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

  The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!! Emma in the restaurant was just fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds at the poolside ... wat mensen zeggen » ( which was very clean). A great place to holiday - It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

  I liked the location. Good walking distance for beach and Yumbo. Staff very friendly. Very, very comfortable bed so had a great nights sleep each night!! Environment and grounds very tidy and clean. cleaners good hard working and friendly. Complex not too large which gave a more friendly environment. - Staff were friendly & helpful. Weather was warm and pool was very clean and plenty of sunbeds.
