We rented a car to see some other parts of the island aswell, it is not far to drive from teror to other sights in gran canaria. Friendly staff with good advices on where to go and what to see.   Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely quiet position up at the top of the border between Amadores and Puerto Rico. Five minute walk to the Europa centre where there's lots of dining/drinking options, supermarket and shops. Lovely modern interior of apartment, small but nice clean pool. Good selection of utensils in kitchen and outside barbecue. ... wat mensen zeggen » All in all a much nicer apartment than the other ones that you can see as you drive into Puerto Rico. It was so wonderful to have our own outside area - The villa was very spacious and clean with a great view over Puerto Rico and the sea.The kitchen and sitting room were also very nice and ofcourse the little garden and the swimming pool.
