  We stayed at the BB for one week in March and were very sorry to come home. We stayed in house number 17 it was clean and tidy and had a newish kitchen and two bathrooms. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here.   Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for 5 euros.   One of the best choice if you are looking a simple appartment close to the beach. The views from big balconys are magnificant, rooms are clean, kitchen is solid equiped, appartments are big enough. Staff is kind, they serve breakfast and dinner, which we did not try. They have as well a laundry service, other guests are tranquil, mostly Germans. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent value, the singer was great too. We are regular holiday travellers, so we have plenty to compare with. We would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

  The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!! A great place to holiday - It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

  I liked the location. Good walking distance for beach and Yumbo. Staff very friendly. Very, very comfortable bed so had a great nights sleep each night!! Environment and grounds very tidy and clean. cleaners good hard working and friendly. Complex not too large which gave a more friendly environment. - Staff were friendly & helpful.
