  Great location, a picturesque view from a large window. Modern facilities, including a good kitchen. A lot of light in the spacious room. Very cosy, clean and comfortable. Good design, friendliness, lightness and comfort create the right atmosphere you need for a pleasant vacation. The wi-fi is optional and has to be paid for separately, decide yourself if it is an advantage or - I loved the location -the Metro was 2 min. From the hotel. You can walk to Royal Palace. If you like flamenco, Corral de la Moreria is a 15 min walk. Mariano was very helpful and funny guy. The view from room 801 overlooking the park was beautiful. I liked the room a lot. It was very big with a sitting area and a small kitchen. It was also very clean. The picture of the room on the web site did not do it any justice because I think that it is much nicer.   Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Room was large and cleaned with fresh towels daily. It had a little kitchenette o... wat mensen zeggen » ff bedroom with everything you needed except a kettle but there was a saucepan to boil water. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable prices. - The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.

  Great location across street from Retiro park. Room decor was much better in person than photos showed on the internet. Easy walk to central shopping,restaurants, and museums. Much better value than other hotels in this upscale neighborhood. The Ritz and The Palace just around the corner and are way more expensive -- the rooms at the Savoy Petit P... wat mensen zeggen » alace are not equivalent to those hotels, but still very nice in great neighborhood for 1/3 the price. - Fantastic hotel, overlooking retiro park. You heard no noise from other people staying in the hotel and the room was fabulous. Even had a laptop provided in the room with free wifi. Friendly staff and if you want to come back to the hotel at 6am they let you in no problem. Great location and a beautiful building, even the tourits on the tour bus took photos of the building! I would stay again and recommend to anyone.
