  This didn't feel like any other hotel, it was like you were staying in someone's home - from the decor to the breakfast to the way we were treated. The double room we got was very comfortable and it looked like a little cottage in the city. The location is very central - we were in the old town and we could walk to the Guggenheim and La Ribera Market. The day we stayed in Bilbao, th - We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good-tea/coffee and an assortment of bread products (and fruit and yogurt, if desired). Location was fine, caught Bizkaibus outside Airport Terminal straight to Centre (get off 2nd stop) and 10 minute walk to the Hotel. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. It is centrally located in downtown Bilbao walking distance from everything and anything. The hotel would best be characterized, at least subjectively, as business luxury: it is luxurious but not plush. Lastly, it was a very good deal through letsbookhotel.com during the period we stayed. Highly recommended for top level comfort.

  The guys running the hostel are nice and chill. The place is well kept - clean and tidy. As an architecture student looking for interesting buildings and bilbao guggenheim, this place is located on a very good spot. - good and safe location, friendly staff, clean and new amenities,comfortable rooms.   The rooms were clean and lockers were a good size, big enough for my 85L backpack. The laundry facilities were great (though having to wait 1 hour for the dryer to finish was a pain if you don't expect it). The shower was a good size with room to keep clothes inside (just bring a bag as there were no hooks).   The clean, functional rooms; the excellent location just a little way from the main tourist destinations, but within a 20 minute walk of all the city's most important sights; the surrounding bars, cafes and restaurants which largely meet the needs of local people; nearby La Vieja, an edgy multiethnic area with great character and underestimated ar... wat mensen zeggen » chitecture; and the hotel's breakfast buffet which is well worth the 7.50 euros. - Staff were great, very helpful. Parking is underneath hotel and accessed without having to check in first. The location is great only 10mins walk from Guggenheim Museum through the nicer parts of Bilbao. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The bed in the hotel was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in.
