The location is wonderful right next to Gran Via and close to the main attractions. The manager, Rocio, is a wonderful person. She let her stay in a spare room before check-in (we have two young girls and they were really tired) and let us check-out late at no extra cost! She's a wonderful person in general always willing to help with directions, phone calls and whatever you may need.The place is an excellent value for money and I'll recommend it to everybody.

A superb city centre location, just off the Plaza del Sol, with a Spar convenience store opposite.
Plenty of communal living space, and the bedrooms all a good size with wardrobes and hangers.
We didn't get disturbed by the outside noise as the double glazing is great (and we're from London, we're used to it), and the air conditioning is present

The Apartment was in the center of Madrid. Easy access to the transpotations and everything you need. Super clean and tidy. very nice decore and furniture.Once you enter this Apartment , you just feel like it's your home. Highly recommended. The owner was not speaking very good english but she was super nice to usand had a great smile. -

This is a small hostel high up in an old building. It's in a great
location and is perfect for friends or a couple to use as a base for
seeing Madrid. The staff was awesome. Totally awesome. The hostel is a
bit run down and in need of a bit of work. Hopefully the owners take
care of that soon. Smaller than what the website implies.

immaculate,tastefully decorated, comfortable, spacious, brand new flat
on two levels in an old building; all the of the
furniture/bedding/towels were modern and new. There is a well

Location! Location! Location! This apartment is in the best location you can ever imagine. It is very spacious, convenient, love the fact that there's a washing machine in the apartment even though the machine itself was not cleaned well from previous usage. The bathrooms are great with good water power. Anyhow, it was a very nice apartment and it as convenient.

It is just a good hostal, everything was suitable, staff are very friendly althogh nobody speaks English, but it was not a real problem, maps were on the reception, so you can have the information when you need. My room didn't include privait bathroom but common bathrooms were free and comfy always.

You can't beat the location. And while no hotel costing less than a
fortune is totally quiet, I was pleasantly surprised at how relatively
peaceful Madrid City Rooms was. The double windows did not block out all
of the cacaphony outside, but they did a much better job dampening it
than I expected. The man at reception was very friendly, and anyone with
even a little Spanish language ability will appreciate his warm
personality. Don't be put off by the rooms with their bathrooms down
the hall...

It is on 8th floor of busiest st in the city, Gran Via. But is close to
Metro and lots of eating places. The staff we're good, the lady sold
us tix to tourist bus at seniors rates. Room was very small but
comfortable. No ac but they gave us a fan. You could open french doors
to street but very noisy, even at 2:00am
