  This hostel is a family owned small hotel. But they hire 2 employees who cam speak good english, and very kind and helpful to guest. The location of the hotel is great. In walking distance to most sightseing place. And very near by to metro. And nearby the hotel, there is a good restaurant, serving from breakfirst to dinner. But is close to Metro and lots of eating places. The staff we're good, the lady sold us tix to tourist bus at seniors rates. Room was very small but comfortable. No ac but they gave us a fan. You could open french doors to street but very noisy, even at 2:00am

  The apartment is very central....we walked everywhere. It is an immaculate,tastefully decorated, comfortable, spacious, brand new flat on two levels in an old building; all the of the furniture/bedding/towels were modern and new. Very private and great views over the city.We had two sets of keys which was useful.Mario was very helpful.Make - Location! Location! Location! This apartment is in the best location you can ever imagine. It is very spacious, convenient, love the fact that there's a washing machine in the apartment even though the machine itself was not cleaned well from previous usage. The bathrooms are great with good water power. Anyhow, it was a very nice apartment and it as convenient.

  Central position was superb for bars and restaurants and proximity to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor and important sites, and only a few minutes walk from the metro at Sol or Sevilla. The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern, evidently very new. I would never have expected to find a largish flat screen TV, quiet and efficient aircon, fridge, hai - You can't beat the location. And while no hotel costing less than a fortune is totally quiet, I was pleasantly surprised at how relatively peaceful Madrid City Rooms was. The double windows did not block out all of the cacaphony outside, but they did a much better job dampening it than I expected. The man at reception was very friendly, and anyone with even a little Spanish language ability will appreciate his warm personality. Don't be put off by the rooms with their bathrooms down the hall...

  A superb city centre location, just off the Plaza del Sol, with a Spar convenience store opposite. Plenty of communal living space, and the bedrooms all a good size with wardrobes and hangers. Super clean and tidy. very nice decore and furniture.Once you enter this Apartment , you just feel like it's your home. Highly recommended.
