  Don't hesitate to book your stay at Ambleside B & B. We stayed there for 3 nights and could've easily stayed longer. The hospitality and friendliness of the hosts is exceptional. Robyn and Kees will give you all the help you need with your travel plans and more, but also give you the privacy when you need it. Wifi worked perfectly and the room... wat mensen zeggen » we stayed in was very comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay there again. - Ambleside Bed and Breakfast was like a real home away from home. This was because of the delightful owners, Robyn and Kees, who go above and beyond for their guests. Plus the home itself is delightful and very comfortable. It was a very good location for me as it was near the Nelson airport, and Kees will pick you up and drop you off at the airport if required. The garden is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing.

  We loved the old English Manor look, it was very quaint and very appealing. Loved being able to have the big windows open in the restuarant and the ducks on the little lake outside. Very clean and comnfortable beds and very roomy for a studio.....we had a lovely time. There is also a lovely English look Pub accross the road "The Honest Lawyer"...g... wat mensen zeggen » reat to have a meal there as well. All so handy. We went on a Bays wine tour...had great day and got picked up and dropped back./ - Very spacious, very comfortable. Well decorated, fireplace was a plus. Kitchen was efficient and spotless. Staff very helpful and professional. We had a malfunctioning washing machine, and the staff completed the laundry, bringing it folded back to me. That was beyond the call of duty.
