  Adored the location - given a room right on the Ocean view - rooms are just suburb and luxurious - one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in AND THE PILLOWS....WOW!!! Loved them so much we are ordering a couple through your Crown Hotel to be sent to us. - We stayed in a loft apartment and it was excellent. It was self contained so we didn't have much to do with the staff but they were very helpful & polite on checking in and out of the hotel

  I absolutely loved having room to put our 2 suitcases. We have travelled the world and never had the pleasure of this before and it makes me wonder - there are usually 2 people with a suitcase each. Usually we use a chair or something for the 2nd suitcase. Loved the view. We had dinner in the hotel the first night as we were so tired but enjoyed the food so much, we went back the second night!!

  We stayed at this hotel because we love the ambience and the art deco style in particular. This was about the best hotel I have ever stayed in! It was beautiful, beautifully renovated, comfortable, fabulously located and the staff were fantastically friendly and helpful, and appeared to love being at the hotel, as we did. Appreciated the detail of the daily newslett - Wonderful location overlooking the Marine Parade. Loved the art deco style, which was why we booked, so accepted the 1930's bathroom facilities as authentic, even though not luxurious. Our room had access to the balcony, a lovely feature, and was cool even though weather was hot. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, excellent food, although would have liked more light to see what I was eating. Parked on nearby street, no problems. Very good value hotel.

  We loved the room, it was close to the city centre without being among the bustle. The service was very good, parking was a bit crappy but we were able to park across the road. - nicely re-furbished, very clean spacious room. Napier aint a big place but its well situated near bars, cafe, beach etc. Really enjoyed.

  I loved the ambiance of the hotel, it was classic Edwardian style but comfortable. Quiet, spacious room and the extra touches such as the welcome letter, email upon return to home and those lovely personal touches ceratinly makes we want to return for a longer stay. The food in the Chambers restaurant was just lovely and the staff were fantastic, ... wat mensen zeggen » attentive but not invasive and their knowledge of the wine and food was excellent. A great stay, shame it wasn't for longer. - Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Hotel had all facilities expected of a hotel at the tariff rate. Staff were friendly and courteous. Nice extra was the morning letter delivered to the room advising of daily events in the city and forecast weather.

  There was nothing Not to like. On arrival we were upgraded to a unit with a view which we loved. Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. We went to the office to ask for a taxi to Ahuriri and we were given a lift! They were great fun and will definitely return with the family if staying in Napier again. The unit we had was refurbished so v... wat mensen zeggen » ery comfortable and well laid out. Absolutely n o complaints about our stay whatsoever. Wish we stayed for longer! A+++ - What a great place.....I cannot fault anything! The lovely host Carol; gave time for me to unpack & unwind then come to the room and showed me around as well as gave demos on how to use the facilities, i.e. shower & spa. Breakfast was delivered in the pouring rain and was hot and yummy tasty!! Staff were all helpful, friendly & very welcoming. I will definitely be staying there again when I travel through. Thanks :)

  very clean and the room we booked over the internet, was so covenient and the price was supurb..the photo of the room wasn't the best...but was pleasantly surprised how big it was and spacious the room was. kitchen facilitilies, and ablution block spotless....loved it there, taking the family next time....5 min drive to town and the major supermar... wat mensen zeggen » kets, countdown, pakn save. Excellent place to stay. I Highly recommend this place very warm and welcoming holiday resort...thank you we will be back - We had a large group with several children. The accommodation was far superior than we anticipated, the lay out allowed the adults to enjoy a glass of wine while being able to keep an eye on the children who spent the entire stay in the playground, pool, or riding the bikes available. It was absolutely perfect. We will most definitely be back. Beautiful villa's at affordable prices. Rate 10/10

  The house is big, enough rooms for evertbody. The kitchen,furniture,living room and bedrooms are excellent. The farm and landscape outside the house are fantastic. - This is the best place we have stayed on our holiday in New Zealand. We could have stayed on much longer. Everything about it was outstanding!
