Excellent hospitality and a wealth of very useful information on arrival. Friendliness and efficiency of staff. The space of the cottage. The location. The city itself, so interesting, full of atmosphere and scenery. The walk up the steepest road in the world!!. Dunedin and the Tourist Court cottages are definitely somewhere we would like to return to again.

Loved the free pool access, great for a family with a young child and brilliant location.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, all staff including those cleaning greeted us as we passed which made my son feel very welcome.

Really friendly staff-most welcoming and helpful. We appreciated being able to have family visit us in our unit.

A very cool place to stay at the heart of the city! Walking distance to EVERYTHING - shops, meals. We actually had too many options to choice from! Felt very safe there and the place was super clean. Great reception and friendly team. Free WiFi and parking. Definitely would stay there again. Book here for sure! -

This was the cleanest Motel I had ever been in. I was thoroughly impressed with the layout of the unit, the space allotted, the facilities. The price was incredibly good value for what you were getting.
Staff were friendly and approachable.

omg. for what it's worth, this place is value for money and close to the tourist spots. e.g. Sandfly bay to see the penguins/seals, the castle and CBD of Dunedin. The staff were so helpful and we were grateful and excited to see the penguins on the recommended bay that cost nothing. Definately a place to come back to. The cadbury factory was worth it too.

The owners Gavin and Wendy were very friendly and available for any
assistance. The price was very reasonable for the apartment which was
large, roomy and had all the luxuries of home; gas stove, fridge, full
set of cooking utensils, tv and spacious bedrooms. If you want to be

Everything was good. Gavin and Wendy try really hard at this place. The TV channels are best I've seen in NZ, paying a little extra for a sea view room is a must, and the free WiFi is definitely a bonus.
Dunedin is quite a boring town, but the very remote beach at Sandfly Bay, 20 mins by car was well worth the visit.
The views from the front of this hotel are magnificent.

In a very hilly town like Dunedin this is only 100 m uphill from a reasonable walk into town which we appreciated.after a meal out! The owners were very helpful with information on Dunedin and the Otago Peninsula.It is a bonus to have onsite parking so close to town.The room was lovely with a very comfy bed -

Roslyn apartments were fantastic. The kitchen it fully decked out with all the pots, pans, baking dishes and utensils you could need. I felt like I was back at home in my own kitchen! But if you don't like to cook on holiday, there's some amazing restaurants a 2 minute walk up the street, as well as a supermarket. Only 3 minutes from the town cent

Apartment had everything you could ask for - it was living in a home from home - with all amenities. Great to be able to do washing during a long trip overseas. Undisturbed quiet atmosphere with great views of the city and Otago Bay. And close to shops and nice restaurants. Helpful but unobtrusive owners and even a cute cat.

The living area was upstairs and was spacious enough for us to entertain their friends. It is so handy to the Octagon and in terms of graduation this was ideal.

Please look no further than this place ! The 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious, very clean. There was even a dishwasher ! Every conceivable amenity has been provided. It's obvious that Rick and Nicola have put a lot of thought and effort into the comfort of their guests. -

We were lucky enough to be given a gorgeous room in the old villa............not one of the motel units. Our room was just lovely with most of the original features of the villa in tact. It had real atmosphere. I don't think I would have been thrilled to get one of the 'ordinary' units. -

so we has very little involvement with a lot of the facilities. However
I do feel the fact you have to pay for parking extra is a bit rude as it
should be included & internet charges are ridiculously expensive

the hotel situated in from of the famous cadbury chic factory. the Nando's restaurant just next door as well as supermarket . the facilities are perfect , washing machine, dryer, kitchen amenities etc was just perfect. will surely stay there again for next trip
