  Everything met our standards and provided the comfort and necessities we like whilst not being swept off our feet. The staff were extremely helpful and the location is unbeatable... Walk to everything. Price was okay. They provide free wifi at excellent speed, that would ensure I would use this accomodation again. No complaints, good value. - Lov... wat mensen zeggen » ed the concierge, Their service was fantastic, we rented a car a moment notice and they took care of everything for us. It was easy and a pleasure staying there. Loved that they cater to special dietary requirements on their in room dining. They are even willing to make you something that isn;t on the menu.

  Check in was welcoming and efficient, front desk excellent. Friendly efficient and helpful staff particularly Mr. Keroghlian. Pool and spa area excellent. We had a suite on 14 floor overlooking harbour which was well appointed and quiet from city noise and very comfortable. Location is a1 in a very pretty university area but a short walk to Viaduc... wat mensen zeggen » t and cbd and Parnell. W had stayed here before under the Hyatt management which was not good, so delighted to have new ethos in a very good city hote - We had stayed at the hotel the week before and returned as we found the hotel comfortable, the staff helpful and the location just right for us. The few days we were there were very busy in the hotel which gave it a buzz.
