  Good position between Etna and Taorimna, near the highway exit. Room was so clean, especially the bathroom. We loved that. Owners are fantastic, we chatted pleasantly with them every day.   The staff was amazing. Very welcoming and always ready to help. We really felt like at home at all times. Very clean air and quiet atmosphere but also close to many amenities. Flowers and nature everywhere with great view of Etna and sea. Breakfast was deliciously cooked every morning and even orange juice is home made. Very good value for money. ... wat mensen zeggen » - Excellent welcoming owners (young as well!), wonderful location withing a beautiful garden with great views over Etna. Very clean, very comfortable rooms with everything you needed. Excellent location in every respect, you feel like a king (or queen:)) as soon as you enter through the electronic gate. Grazie!

We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   The owner Concetta is fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly and did all she could make our stay unforgettable. When all ferries from Lampedusa was cancelled due to the weather she drove us around town in order to secure some of the few last-minute flight tickets to Palermo. - nice looking hotel good breakfast good service

  Absolutely brilliant place to stay. I could not recommend it more. Carmen and Vincenzo are probably the nicest people you'll ever meet. Vincenzo came to pick us up at the ferry. Very thoughtful of him, as we hadn't even asked for a lift. Carmen is just lovely, she let us shower after we got back from the beach even though we had already checked ou... wat mensen zeggen » t! It's the little things! Rooms are lovely, tv, coffee maker, hair dryer and safe. Lovely views from the hotel. They have a large terrace area for t - It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable. We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hote

I was staying there in May 2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The bathroom is also new and bog enough.

It says bed and breakfast in the title but the quality of service that is offering is easily comparable to some of the very good hotels I have stayed in the past!! Beautiful apartment in an old palaccio, decorated in style - all as you see on the picture. Very clean, good breakfast, fair internet connection (better in lobby than in the room).
