  Heel vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen, prachtige kamer met terras, goed bed, badkamer met douche en bad, prima ontbijt. Heel mooi zwembad en tuin. We verbleven op verschillende plaatsen tijdens onze reis in Sicilië, maar deze b&b steekt er met kop en schouders bovenuit! Grazie, Carmen e Angelo! - Carmen and Angelo are the most welcoming host... wat mensen zeggen » s I've ever met. They run this small bnb with love and passion. The place is comfortable more than home, with beautiful rooms, garden, pool. Breakfast is hard to describe, with small gourmand surprises every morning! Everything is done perfectly and (most important) with heart. I can't recommend a better place, pity the score can be expressed only up to 10! - Our hosts Carmen & Angelo were fantastic and made us feel most welcome from the minute we arrived. Room very comfortable and easy access to Mt Etna from Trecastagni. Breakfast was excellent.

  Good position between Etna and Taorimna, near the highway exit. Room was so clean, especially the bathroom. We loved that. Owners are fantastic, we chatted pleasantly with them every day.   Everything in this B&B was fantastic. Our room was lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious with a walk in wardrobe, big bathroom with a spa bath, and the best part was the view from our window straight out onto Mt Etna. Maria and Salvo were so nice and accommodating, Maria told us all our options about going up to Mt Etna, she called to check ... wat mensen zeggen » on the weather and mountain conditions in the morning, and also gave us a discount for the cable car. She gave us a map of the area and recommended re - We enjoyed staying in La Casa del Poeta dell'Etna very much. Maria, the owner is very kind and helpful. She gave us great ideas and tips on what to see. Breakfast is also very good. The room is nice and clean. Actually it was two connecting small rooms, with a double bed in each, so staying with children was quite confortable. The location is great. 30 minutes drive to Etna and to Catania.

The hotel was located in the old town centre, short stroll from magnificent views and all town monuments and attractions.   Wij kwamen in donker aan en vroegen om nog wat te eten. Wij werden door de hoteleigenaar naar een uitstekende pizzeria gebracht. De hele dag door was de ontbijtruimte geopend en mochten wij van de hele keuken gberuik maken en zonder extra kosten onbeperkt sinaasappels uitpersen en koffie en thee pakken. The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated with clean linen/towels. Even the pool towels are replaced each day. Nothing was too much trouble for our host and hostess. They recommended restaurants, booked them for us and helped with accommodation for our son who came to stay. Breakfast is traditional, home made and organic, with choices of delicious pastries and cakes each day.

When all ferries from Lampedusa was cancelled due to the weather she drove us around town in order to secure some of the few last-minute flight tickets to Palermo. - nice looking hotel good breakfast good service
