  The staff was amazing. Very welcoming and always ready to help. We really felt like at home at all times. Very clean air and quiet atmosphere but also close to many amenities. Flowers and nature everywhere with great view of Etna and sea. Breakfast was deliciously cooked every morning and even orange juice is home made. The gardens are incredibly well manicured, there are secret little corners, a hammock, pool and gym and has been - This is a beautiful hotel with careful attention to every detail to make the guest feel welcome and special. The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated with clean linen/towels. Even the pool towels are replaced each day. Nothing was too much trouble for our host and hostess. They recommended restaurants, booked them for us and helped with accommodation for our son who came to stay. Breakfast is traditional, home made and organic, with choices of delicious pastries and cakes each day.

  The owner Concetta is fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly and did all she could make our stay unforgettable. When all ferries from Lampedusa was cancelled due to the weather she drove us around town in order to secure some of the few last-minute flight tickets to Palermo. - nice looking hotel good breakfast good service
