  - This place is an excellent value for what you get. - Very friendly & helpful family-run campground & cottages. - Cottages are in nice wooded area. - Cozy cabin sleeps up to 4 but probably better for 2 people due to luggage space needed. - Cabin includes kitchenette with utensils, pots, glasses, fridge, etc. - Bathroom (shower) was a rat... wat mensen zeggen » her tight space but adequate for short stay. - Easy access from No. 1 ring road and close to restaurants and filling station. - Breakfast was supposed - We stayed just one night in very cozy and quaint cabin. As we were arriving the front desk staff (I think the owners) let us know that outside we could currently see the northern lights. From the field right there they were visible, they then suggested a place to drive to (about 10 minutes away) to escape the light pollution of Selfoss and see them even better. It was truly a highlight of the trip. When we returned, they had filled up one of the two hot tubs for us, which we relaxed in unde
