  This hotel is in a very convenient location close to the train station, subway, museums and inner city sites. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished with a comfortable four poster king size bed. The bathroom had a roomy shower and a much appreciated heated floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. We ... wat mensen zeggen » were very pleased with the hotel and its location, and we stayed there a second time after a side trip to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. - The hotel location is exrtremely great because it is situated almost right on the Karlsplatz and it takes about 7 minutes of nice walk to get to Marienplatz. Besides, the Main Railway station is also close and the U-Bahn station is right in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is cheap and very tasty. - The staff at Hotel Stachus. We had caught the overnight train from Berlin so arrived very early to the hotel. The lady on reception was very gracious and looked after our bags and arranged early check in for us ~12 noon. Very well located, close to trains and Main Street. Big windows that allowed fresh air at a good breeze at night.

  We were met by a very helpful gentleman who swiftly checked us in then showed us to the on site parking. He even came out the front to stop the traffic so we could reverse back down the street to the parking entrance. So very much appreciated. The rom was spacious, clean & very comfortable. Agree with other reviews that the area could cause some people worries at ni - We were gived a spacious triple room instead of double, it was very large, large bathroom. Breakfasts were good, however there were no hot meal. Friendly staff. Good location in the center. Although it is situated in the 'turkish' area the surroundings were ok.

  Excellent location & easy to find if you arrive in Munich at the main train station. Room was modern, stylish, really clean, and large (especially by European standards). The free wifi worked great. Very nice amenities, including in-room safe, refrigerator with included bottled water & paid minibar setup, large flat-screen TV, kettle to bo... wat mensen zeggen » il water for coffee & tea, etc. Bathroom was really spacious, and the shower was large & roomy with both a luxurious rainshower showerhead and - New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street. I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

  Some of the staff were wonderfully friendly, the breakfast had ample variety, and the location made it easy to get to all of the sights. Some reviewers have noted the less desirable neighborhood between the Hbf and hotel. There are casinos and such, but we never felt unsafe - and we only ever saw this on arrival and departure to Munich. We have stayed in this hotel for 1 night and had a room for 3. All beds were very comfortable and room was big enough for 3 people. The breakfast was very satisfying. The railway station is only 5-10 minutes away by walk. I would stay there again.

  the receptionist is so so nice and speak good english. the site of hotel is so close to the main station, so convenient. nice breakfast. - The hotel is quite close to the city center and main train station. The room was very clean and new. Breakfast was also very decent.

  Small family hotel, where they were very friendly and helpful. The room vas clean and just the right size. Room for breakfast was just a little too small. Those who are traveling by car is near many public parking spaces where can you without any problems find free space. The price of parking is not so high, 6 € per day. You cen all so ask on the... wat mensen zeggen » reception to get a parking pass (cost 6€ per day). The location is good, only 15 minutes to the old town and 5 minutes to the main train station. Eve - Great staff. Very willing to help with anything. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Probably one of the best we had our entire trip! Tobias (the manager) was so nice and funny, too! Great location from the Munich Rail. Only three blocks away.
