This hotel is in a very convenient location close to the train station, subway, museums and inner city sites. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished with a comfortable four poster king size bed. The bathroom had a roomy shower and a much appreciated heated floor. The hotel location is exrtremely great because it is situated almost right on the Karlsplatz and it takes about 7 minutes of nice walk to get to Marienplatz. Besides, the Main Railway station is also close and the U-Bahn station is right in front of the hotel.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is cheap and very tasty. -
The staff at Hotel Stachus. We had caught the overnight train from Berlin so arrived very early to the hotel. The lady on reception was very gracious and looked after our bags and arranged early check in for us ~12 noon. Very well located, close to trains and Main Street. Big windows that allowed fresh air at a good breeze at night.

We were met by a very helpful gentleman who swiftly checked us in then showed us to the on site parking. New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street.
I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

This hotel is perfect for those who are looking for a short budget stay near the railway station. We have stayed in this hotel for 1 night and had a room for 3. All beds were very comfortable and room was big enough for 3 people. The breakfast was very satisfying. The railway station is only 5-10 minutes away by walk. I would stay there again.
