When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case).   We were met by a very helpful gentleman who swiftly checked us in then showed us to the on site parking. He even came out the front to stop the traffic so we could reverse back down the street to the parking entrance. So very much appreciated. The rom was spacious, clean & very comfortable.   Excellent location & easy to find if you arrive in Munich at the main train station. Room was modern, stylish, really clean, and large (especially by European standards). The free wifi worked great. Very nice amenities, including in-room safe, refrigerator with included bottled water & paid minibar setup, large flat-screen TV, kettle to bo... wat mensen zeggen » il water for coffee & tea, etc. Bathroom was really spacious, and the shower was large & roomy with both a luxurious rainshower showerhead and - New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street. I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

Those who are traveling by car is near many public parking spaces where can you without any problems find free space. The price of parking is not so high, 6 € per day. Great location from the Munich Rail. Only three blocks away.

  you can walk for the central train station and go anywhere....but you are in downtown and can visit almost everything by foot! nice coffees and markets at the next block. the one room apto is a reversable living/bedroom. Bed is ok, sheets too. Pillows are very thin.... Towels are slightly old... and small. You need to pay for cleaning the room (2... wat mensen zeggen » 3 euros) and 6 euros for new towels. although room is at the street side, no noise was heared! windows are soundproofing! Great shower. The kitchen is - Excellent facilities in the room. All amenities we could have possibly needed were provided, all free of charge; -- Kitchen: kettle, coffee-maker (and filters), oven, electric-hob, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, cleaning supplies. -- Bathroom: towels, hairdryer, shampoo, sanitary bags, tissues, shaving mirror. Very large shower and heated towel rail. -- Bedroom / Living Area: couch, desk, telephone, large flatscreen TV with over 100 channels, WIFI, pull-down concealed bed, spare bedding,
