  The apartment (Heidelberger Str. 3) was excellent. With a tram stop just around the corner travelling around Berlin was really easy and convenient. The apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, was well-equipped and had strong, uninterrupted wi-fi service. With a couple of supermarkets close at hand, and some other shops, this made our... wat mensen zeggen » self-catering stay a great experience. Finally, the agent (that sounds so DDR) who met us was great. One big reason to recommend this apartment is it - - Located on two major tram lines (serving multiple routes), less than 10mins from city centre. - Spacious. - Excellent wi-fi. - Very easy to collect the keys - simply sent an email before leaving the UK with an estimated arrival time, the lady confirmed by text on arrival in Germany and was there to meet us when we arrived (very friendly too). - The central heating system was very good and easy to adjust. - Excellent value for money!   We were very pleased with the accommodation and I hope to use it again. It was as advertised and on the ground floor with access to a shaded garden. We were a mixed English party of four. There were two double bedrooms one also had a large bed settee. The kitchen and bathroom were comfortable with hot water. The apartment was new and really comfortable I would stay no where eles it was like a home from home ... Location wise for us it was very good close to everything we needed good bars and great restaurants down stairs.

  The apartment is palacial in size complete with a 52" telly. High ceilings and plaster cornices. Very lovely. Excellent heating, very comfy bed and nice touches such as milk coffee teabags etc.when you arrive.   This is a pension placing in the first floor of an art nouvau building. 6-7 spacious rooms with very high ceilings and my room has also had a very nice balcony to drink a cup of tea or wine.. The location is also a good place in the city; first of all quiet, close to shoping areas, good restauranst with modarate prices and cosy places, though ... wat mensen zeggen » the attendant guy told me that it is a gay district but this dont make any problem if you are not. They have bikes for renting with good prices (3- - Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped. My friend and I really enjoyed the stay! Too bad we haven't tried the food in the hostel. I strongly recommend PangeaPeople Hostel & Hotel! I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!

  The location. The fact that we could chill on the balcony overlooking the leafy inner courtyard. Plenty of room for two of us to have a room each (one in the living room) Comfortable beds.
