The apartment (Heidelberger Str. 3) was excellent. With a tram stop just around the corner travelling around Berlin was really easy and convenient.
The apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, was well-equipped and had strong, uninterrupted wi-fi service.

One big reason to recommend this apartment is it -
- Located on two major tram lines (serving multiple routes), less than 10mins from city centre.
- Spacious.
- Excellent wi-fi.
- Very easy to collect the keys - simply sent an email before leaving the UK with an estimated arrival time, the lady confirmed by text on arrival in Germany and was there to meet us when we arrived (very friendly too).
- The central heating system was very good and easy to adjust.
- Excellent value for money!

Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped. It takes 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz. Not that far away with convenient locaiton. The staff are really nice!!! They answer my question in detailed and gave suggestion on my route. I am girl travelling alone and I stayed in a 8 person mixed dorm. I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!

I returned to my old hometown Berlin for a high-school reunion and to see how the city had changed over the years.
