  The apartment (Heidelberger Str. 3) was excellent. With a tram stop just around the corner travelling around Berlin was really easy and convenient. The apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, was well-equipped and had strong, uninterrupted wi-fi service. One big reason to recommend this apartment is it - - Located on two major tram lines (serving multiple routes), less than 10mins from city centre. - Spacious. - Excellent wi-fi. - Very easy to collect the keys - simply sent an email before leaving the UK with an estimated arrival time, the lady confirmed by text on arrival in Germany and was there to meet us when we arrived (very friendly too). - The central heating system was very good and easy to adjust. - Excellent value for money!   We were very pleased with the accommodation and I hope to use it again. It was as advertised and on the ground floor with access to a shaded garden. We were a mixed English party of four. There were two double bedrooms one also had a large bed settee. The kitchen and bathroom were comfortable with hot water.   Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und hat mir ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr ansprechend. Dass es Geschirr, Kühlschrank sowie Wasserkocher und Kaffeebereiter usw. in der Küche gibt, ist ganz prima, weil man dadurch nicht darauf angewiesen ist, immer auswärts zu essen. Excellent heating, very comfy bed and nice touches such as milk coffee teabags etc.when you arrive. Can't recommend highly enough. - The rooms were really nice, equipped with a washer, a dryer, free wifi and a kitchen. (The kitchen had every thing you'll ever need to make a dinner) The location was quiet and within a beautiful residential area.

  Very friendly - This is a pension placing in the first floor of an art nouvau building. 6-7 spacious rooms with very high ceilings and my room has also had a very nice balcony to drink a cup of tea or wine..
