  The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. I would recommend this to anyone wanting eas... wat mensen zeggen » y access to the ski slopes and withing walking distance to the village. - Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

  Lovely,quiet and beautiful location,really enjoyed our recent stay, will definitely go back, perhaps in the summer.   I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the hotel: its like we've been to fairy tale! The view on the Mountain from the balcony was just perfect! I liked the cleanliness, the super breakfast for only 15 euro! The staff is more than pleasant and stands ready to help 24/7! the smell of wood is everywhere and just adds extra positive into your holid... wat mensen zeggen » ays! The location is really great!!! - Lovely hotel within a few minuties walk of chamonix square. When pricing up numerous hotels this worked out fantastic value for money. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Would stay again when I next plan a skiing holiday to Cham!

If the weather is good you can see Mont Blanc from your terrace and the golf club's territory what is pleasant for the eyes and there are no other hotels back to back - silence all around( we lived on the second floor, room with Mont Blanc view).   Huge comfy beds/pillows. Stylish room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was great lots of choice - continental style. Free wifi was good. The restaurant next door was very nice for dinner. The spa is amazing and well worth the additional €10. Lots of jacuzzi pools, sauna, steam room, turkish bath - all really amazing. The attached waterpark, for which free tickets are included for hotel guests, was fantastic. We only stayed the one night as it was a stopover, but would happily return for 2 or 3. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

Staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful (we had a late departure on final day, and they were happy to extend out check out time from 12noon to 2pm). Easy to buy fresh bread / croissants and groceries each day for self catering. Supermarkets have a good stock of food.
