  Staff are all on board and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is a treat after skiing. The location is not a problem because of the efficient shuttle service.

  Location is ideal if you are looking for a self-catering quiet ski-ing or summer rural location. Great swimming pool, useful underground parking and had a super up to date piped film selection in multiple languages. Very quiet in evening and during night. Very close to lift. Dishwasher in kitchen. Separate learner ski-jng area not far away for chi... wat mensen zeggen » ldren. Reception staff helpful and efficient with warm welcome and gave a short tour of the facility and showed us to our appartement. Heated ski-ing - Perfect if you seek to escape from crowds. It was great value for money. (especially if compared with Chamonix and Argentieres). The cable car just oposite the hotel takes you to 1900 meters perfect for the untrained walkers, and perfect for those who seek easy panoramic walks with great views on the mont blanc range. Nice indoor pool. English speaking staff. A 10 min walk along the river takes you to the nearby farm/restaurant allowing you to leave the car parked all day.

  The staff, were excellent and were very attentive, especially in the dining room. Breakfast was lovely and the room we had was very cosy with wood finish everywhere. The indoor spa/pool was excellent, the outdoor pool also looked tempting - Our third time staying at fer a cheval and it never fails to delight.   Great facilities, excellent location and can ski to the door. - The Amara/Amena was in general a nice new complex and the service was good. Good parking under the complex. Good access to slopes. Restaurants in the area quite good but a bit expensive. Le Lodge served a very nice lunch duck skewer.

  Een zeer mooi nieuw luxe hotel. Zeer goede service met heel vriendelijk personeel. Hotel ligt buiten centrum van Flaine maar er is een goede (ski) busverbinding. - Goed personeel, comfortabel, luxe en schone appartementen.

  The view of the mountains. Access to Chamonix. Fully equipped apartment. Proprietor was very helpful throughout. Other than the street cleaning machine in the morning there was no traffic noise and the apartment was quiet in spite of being in the center of town. - Owners were great, friendly helpful and very accommodating.

  In our opinion, Les Gets is one of the best resorts in the Portes du Soleil. Super location, attractive buildings in traditional style,and lots to do for all ages. Very good ambience. The by-pass is great as the main street is almost traffic free as a result. The chalet was virtually brand new - very spacious with a lovely indoor pool and outdoor... wat mensen zeggen » seating/sunbathing area. Very well equipped for self-catering. Friendly staff. - We loved everything about it! We had plenty of room with the children. Having the Pool , sauna etc was amazing and the views were excellent too. Dishwasher , washing machine , tumble dryer , en-suite bathrooms , everything you need! We will be coming back again. There is a excellent Indian in Les gets called Bombay ski club, well worth a visit! the curry was amazing!

  The Chalet du Mont d'Arbois is an amazing place, in a great location close to the lifts and just above town. There is absolutely no way anyone can have a justifiable complaint about this place unless (a) you're a strident animal rights activist (as pretty much every guest is in head-to-toe fur), (b) you're wierded out by taxidermy (now I know why ... wat mensen zeggen » there are no sizeable animals in the French Alps -- they've all been killed and stuffed in this hotel), or (c) you don't have enough money to get in t - - beautiful and stylish 4* mountain hotel - very welcoming and helpful staff - free shuttle takes you to the ski slopes or the city center any time during the day - great sauna-swimming pool area

  We were only there one night this autumn so didn't get to make the most of the gorgeous property and gardens. However, we did enjoy a fabulous degustation menu at the restaurant and a beautifu run up behind Auberge on the Brevent side of Chamonix valley. Our room was lovely. Excellent bathrooms. The location and view are gorgeous. The hotel staff and atmosphere made us truly enjoy our anniversary trip to Chamonix. We had a fabulous anniversary dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was superb with great ambience. It is a nice weekend getaway.
