The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely,quiet and beautiful location,really enjoyed our recent stay, will definitely go back, perhaps in the summer. We used it as a base for our ski holiday,resorts 20 mins (Sambuy)to approx 50 mins away( Grand Bornand and La Clusaz) -

Being right next to lac Annecy, stunning area, can't wait to go back. Would recommend hiring a pedals and going for a swim, it's apparently the clearest lake in Europe....! Can quite believe it, you could see right to the bottom. -

A fine modern hotel that is a good value in a great, lovely, quiet town filled with wonderful old but very expensive 4 and 5 star hotels. Close to lake, good restaurants. - The place had an original, at-home atmosphere, and was comfortable, and clean. The staff were also very pleasant.

Lovely hotel within a few minuties walk of chamonix square. When pricing up numerous hotels this worked out fantastic value for money. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Would stay again when I next plan a skiing holiday to Cham!

If the weather is good you can see Mont Blanc from your terrace and the golf club's territory what is pleasant for the eyes and there are no other hotels back to back - silence all around( we lived on the second floor, room with Mont Blanc view). I receptionen fick man förstklassig service inkl utmärkta råd. - Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could easily come and go. - Beds were comfortable and we had adjoining rooms for us and children. A kettle was a nice touch so we could make drinks although no milk of any sort provided.

Staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful (we had a late departure on final day, and they were happy to extend out check out time from 12noon to 2pm).

You can go to Geneva (30 min) by taking bus 61, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel.
