Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane.
We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids .

We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too.

Staff extremely helpful. The kitchen was so useful to cook for our 2 year-old daughter. The room was closed to the kitchen, there was no worry to let the baby sleep in the room while we were cooking. We had a great time.

The gentleman at the front desk (was tall, slender, dark hair and wore glasses) was extremely helpful (answering questions about transportation and location of attractions as well as allowing us to leave our bags on two occasions). All staff spoke english when we had difficulty in french. - Staff were very nice. Room was meticulously clean and very relaxing. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Linens were so soft. Music in the lobby was so inviting. The complimentary breakfast was the best ever.
