The location is excellent, close to many of the sites that we wanted to see. Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane.
We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids .

We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too.

Staff extremely helpful. The kitchen was so useful to cook for our 2 year-old daughter. The room was closed to the kitchen, there was no worry to let the baby sleep in the room while we were cooking. We had a great time.

The gentleman at the front desk (was tall, slender, dark hair and wore glasses) was extremely helpful (answering questions about transportation and location of attractions as well as allowing us to leave our bags on two occasions). The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible.
