As expected with Marriott hotels, it was clean, the staff very helpful and mattress was very comfortable!
The valet parking was very expensive but worth it to just get out of your car and hand over the keys.
Unfortunately, I lost my car claim ticket. Fortunately, they gave me a newer car when it was returned so that worked out well!

We stayed with 7 mo old in Double room, and it was quiet tiny. There is no much space to place crib - maybe King room is more comfortable in that case. But armchair was great for nursing.
Beside that we liked everything in that hotel, especially location. Location could not be better.

I loved the service at the hotel. A small misunderstanding initially and immediately comped a couple of services for me. Was there for 6 fantastic days at a very peak period at high price but absolutely worth it. I was made to feel very comfortable especially as a woman travelling alone. Great location. Every single staff member we encountered went way beyond the call of duty to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.
We must commend Bill Sutton, Head Concierge, and his staff for especially excellent service. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Francisco.

Everyone was so friendly and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we would be comfortable. They even suggested that we might want to change our room because they were afraid that being on a lower floor we'd be bothered by the noise of the street! Then they checked on us to make sure we were not bothered by the noise at all. When I needed assistance with my computer, they helped immediately and they printed out what I needed at the front desk free of charge. Everyone was SO nice. Th

When we arrived, they were unloading brand new mattresses for all the rooms...Nice! It's a newly renovated hotel going for the "boutique" category. I'd say they were a success with that effort. We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The location was fantastic and the extra touches.....coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the morning, wine, beer and hot cider between 5 and 6 and then cookies later in the evening made the stay even more pleasant. We were able to get a great price through letsbookhotel.com and the room and the staff were great. We would definitely stay again.

Well located in the heart of Fishermans Wharf. Within a stones throw away from cable car choices. We particularly enjoyed the large sized rooms and the "sinking" feeling you get with their beds. The staff was very cordial and helpful.
Edward the concierge was knowledgeable and eager to assist.
Lots of great eateries close by.
