As expected with Marriott hotels, it was clean, the staff very helpful and mattress was very comfortable!
The valet parking was very expensive but worth it to just get out of your car and hand over the keys.
Unfortunately, I lost my car claim ticket. Fortunately, they gave me a newer car when it was returned so that worked out well!

We stayed with 7 mo old in Double room, and it was quiet tiny. There is no much space to place crib - maybe King room is more comfortable in that case. But armchair was great for nursing.
Beside that we liked everything in that hotel, especially location. Location could not be better.

Every single staff member we encountered went way beyond the call of duty to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.
We must commend Bill Sutton, Head Concierge, and his staff for especially excellent service. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Francisco.

Everyone was so friendly and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we would be comfortable. They even suggested that we might want to change our room because they were afraid that being on a lower floor we'd be bothered by the noise of the street! Then they checked on us to make sure we were not bothered by the noise at all. We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The location was fantastic and the extra touches.....coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the morning, wine, beer and hot cider between 5 and 6 and then cookies later in the evening made the stay even more pleasant. We were able to get a great price through letsbookhotel.com and the room and the staff were great. We would definitely stay again.

The personalized service was amazing. Upon our arrival, we wrote it was our first time to the city. The concierge hand wrote a welcome card and included a map with highlighted areas we must see WITH a detailed (again handwritten) explanation of each place corresponding to color print outs of the sites. Well located in the heart of Fishermans Wharf. Within a stones throw away from cable car choices. We particularly enjoyed the large sized rooms and the "sinking" feeling you get with their beds.
