  We attended the waj Alumni Banquet. This was the first time my sister-in- law had been back to the North Eastern part of the U.S. since moving to Germany over 40 years ago. I was able to take her to see some of the damage from the hurricane, as well as the rebuilding completed and some still on going.   Indoor waterpark was great for kids (11 & 6). Be sure to read there website about the waterpark. Great for rainy days. Also the arcade was quite big which also took up some time (and money) for the kids. Downtown Lake George Village was nice for shopping and finding places to eat. I felt safe being there with just myself and my small 4 children. I left a few items behind when I checked out and they mailed the items to me- who does that? I will highly recommend this place -great time!

  It was Halloween and a lit of fun especially the hay ride at night... Scary Nature and trails are fabulous - The place had a personal touch. Staff was very nice, hotel warm, cozy and comfortable.

  I liked the service and people were very nice. Eric the bellboy was nice and friendly. They welcomed us and opened doors for us. The staff was professional and helpful. I liked bowling with Henry and Racquetball too. - The Staff was friendly, helpful and the facility was clean.

  Very nice place just outside (2 miles) the craziness of the village. We wanted 'quiet' but close enough to enjoy the downtown area. We drove into town but the trolley is available just outside the Colonel Williams. The owners/staff are very attentive and the grounds/rooms are well cared for. But we were out and about most days & didn't use it (except for 2 days dur - The owners allowed our son to take a shower after picking him up from camp after we had already checked out. The location is ideal, in the lively city center but right on the lake, featuring a private beach provided with chairs, canoe, paddle boats, toys for the kids, etc.; the staff is professional and attentive, the people in charge of the room cleaning very efficient; our room was quiet and comfortable; the pool and the whirlpools are a nice "plus". We will definitively come back!
