The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem.

Loved the sauna & will next time get a massage as well. I love the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage therapist, & sauna. Perfect for those stiff muscles from driving. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, & quiet. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.

We loved the complete set-up, the maritim style throughout the hotel.
Common areas were nicely furnished and with great views of the marina.
In the evening the staff would light bonfires on the different
terraces.The rooms were bright and spacious with balconies, the bathroom

The staff was excellent from the doorman to the pool staff. The front desk was helpful. Erica at the bar was attentive and made you feel like you've been showing up there for years. The gentleman who provide fires outside for two nights was a very nice man.

Indoor waterpark was great for kids (11 & 6). Be sure to read there
website about the waterpark. Great for rainy days. Also the arcade was
quite big which also took up some time (and money) for the kids.
Downtown Lake George Village was nice for shopping and finding places to
eat. Water sports available if your interested. Overall for a 3 day

Very clean and comfortable. They had alot of fun activities for the kids. I felt safe being there with just myself and my small 4 children. I left a few items behind when I checked out and they mailed the items to me- who does that? I will highly recommend this place -great time!

Great spa, great setting, very, very nice and helpful staff. Very good food except for the Gurney burger--dry and tasteless. Nice rooms, great views, comfortable beds. Very clean and comfortable baths. It was a wonderful place to escape and relax. -

I liked the service and people were very nice. Eric the bellboy was nice and friendly. They welcomed us and opened doors for us.

Historic, gorgeous Inn with tons of character, both inside and out. Decorated in unique Adirondack style. Awesome whirlpool and indoor pool on the ground floor. Spa is renowned. Breakfast buffet in The View restaurant was delicious. Room was plenty big for three women and tastefully decorated. Hotel is perfectly located right on the lake and a close walk to everything in town.

It's was daughters 7th birthday. The staff went above and beyond.
Recognized her at breakfast the following day and took it upon
themselves to sing her happy birthday even remembering her name. Upon
check out they had a hand written card with a small gift (winter hat)
thanking her for spending her birthday at The Whiteface Lodge .

Absolutely superb accommodations that met and exceeded all expectations. The game room, movie theater, bowling, pools and the lakeside water sports added value at every turn. Breakfast was a delight and the staff superb. The room was spacious with every creature comfort imaginable and the architecture and views were remarkable.

We enjoy the porch and the view of the lake. The room and fireplace are cozy and relaxing. There was a wedding going on and we were treated to the fireworks that went off that evening for them! -

We loved the mineral baths and massages at the Roosevelt Spa! The
hotel is right in the middle of the state park with beautiful
trails. We rented bikes from the hotel and had a great leisurely
ride. Also utilized the hotel's free shuttle to downtown. All

The hotel is kept in reasonable condition. Room is spacious. The
surrounding is ski & golf, so it is basically good place to spend
a holiday. -
