  Absolutely everything! My husband had cataract surgery very early in the morning of 10/8/13 in Liverpool. As we live several hours away in Massena, NY, we decided to get a room for the night as he had a follow-up appointment the following morning.   staff made children feel very welcome, great little "extra's" for kids (teddy bears, snack boxes, baby soaps, etc.), great location, nice rooftop bar, food in hotel was very good - 1. Staff very courteous 2. Great facilities 3. Nice atmosphere 4. Concierge service very polite and helpful

  The Carriage House sets across the street from the Econo Lodge where we stayed 20 years ago. The cost of the rooms was cheaper. It was clean and all you have to do is walk across the road to the econo lodge to use their indoor pool or hot tub. The staff at the econo lodge are very friendly and helpful. Everyone else was across the street at the Econo Lodge, which was actually nice since we didn't have anyone walking around or being loud.
