We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He
certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable. Paul

Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave. I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -

So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside

The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

This Hampton Inn was the 2nd nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed in many. The first being the new Hampton Inn in Charlotte , NC. Well managed with a very attentive and helpful staff. The room we had was very comfortable with excellent beds for getting a good nights rest. While there is very little to do in the immediate area, it is located in such a place to facilitate getting to Lake Champlain, Ausable Chasm, Lakes Placis and Saranac and many other outdoor venues. The front desk staff is extremely helpful. Room clean, bed very comfortable, nice continental breakfast, they even put out homemade cookies and bread pudding in the afternoon. Kind of had a bed and breakfast feel. Would recommend. I suggest a room with a mountain view. -
