It was so close to Shea's that we could walk to our event. They gave us a room right by the icemachine and elevators as we requested. nice lobby to relax in. -

My sister and I traveled to NYC for an event at NYU. I loved the location being at Washington Square. We walked to dinner each night at small ethnic restaurants. The free breakfast was a great addition- coffee was very good. Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating. After traveling to NYC for years and staying in Midtown - this was so much more fun and the room was the quietest I have ever had and the bed was comfortable. Cant wait to go back to the villag

The staff was very accommodating. In particular there was some confusion regarding a breakfast coupon that went with the cost of the room. They gave us the coupon without any discussion. The shuttle was wonderful as were the drivers. The pool was warm and clean. The room was clean and the location was close to downtown and other attractions. -

The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem.

Loved the sauna & will next time get a massage as well. I love the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage therapist, & sauna. Perfect for those stiff muscles from driving. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, & quiet. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.

We loved the complete set-up, the maritim style throughout the hotel.

The staff was excellent from the doorman to the pool staff. The front desk was helpful. Erica at the bar was attentive and made you feel like you've been showing up there for years. The gentleman who provide fires outside for two nights was a very nice man.

The staff were all very friendly. Even the cleaning staff smiled and said good morning to us as we were leaving and walking down the hall. The room was super clean. The price was great also for everything that the room offered. I also enjoyed my view as I could look out and see First Niagara Center where I went to attend Geroge Strait's concert.

Indoor waterpark was great for kids (11 & 6). Be sure to read there
website about the waterpark. Great for rainy days. Also the arcade was

Very clean and comfortable. They had alot of fun activities for the kids. I felt safe being there with just myself and my small 4 children. I left a few items behind when I checked out and they mailed the items to me- who does that? I will highly recommend this place -great time!

This was my second stay and I was not disappointed. Needs were taken care of and the night manager(I think he was) was really helpful. All staff were not only helpful but pleasant. Our positive feeling about our stay is that we reserved for next year. Would highly recommend this hotel. -

Self-contained unit, safe secure entry, spacious with modern kitchen facilities. Plastic bowls and plates cutlery etc..but I guess it saves washing and breakage.

We were really impressed with the hotel. Surprisingly nice for such a great price. It isn't in manhattan but it is a 10 min walk between 2 metro stations and fast to get to everywhere. The area itself was multi cultural which means great food! Also, there were some really great cafes and bars in walking distance (we loved sycamore - which is a flower shop with a bar in the back, milk and honey - which has great breakfast, and there is even a coffee shop at newkirk plaza station that had Toby's

We enjoy the porch and the view of the lake. The room and fireplace are cozy and relaxing. There was a wedding going on and we were treated to the fireworks that went off that evening for them! -
