The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Cornell was greatly appreciated, as was the free continental breakfasts (waffle-machine was a bonus!). It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). The cafe next door has great breakfast food and were extremely friendly as well. The TV had no cable reception at first but they came up promptly to fix it. I asked

Location. It had everything you need for a fun vacation... indoor pool, hot tub, sports bar, pool table and darts, and gift shop. I loved the location of the hotel and it was perfect for a city break. The room was small but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the place was extremely clean. We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

Me and my wife love the Aloft. We came here Christmas Eve of 2012 and
returned for another stay for my wife's birthday in November 2013.
I was surprising my wife taking her out then to the Hotel because she
loves it here. The lady at the front desk asked me if my wife was
outside when I made reservations and I told her how it is a surprise
for her

Absolutely excellent customer service. I can't speak highly enough
of their courtesy, friendliness, and desire to make us comfortable. I
was there with my elderly mother, and we will definitely recommend the
hotel to others. They made us feel as if we were visiting friends, as if
we mattered. That's highly unusual in my experience, and I've
stayed in hotels of every caliber. Kudos to management for training each
